How are the creatures in the Venore Poacher Cave defined?

Question

This cave can have 3 respawns, Poachers and Hunters, Bears and Wolfs and Gloom Wolfs, and Ghost Wolfs, but how the respawn is defined? Is it random or there is some order of what creatures will appear?

Seems to be random, i did not see any pattern so far, just gotta hope for the one you want
