Silver Raid Tokens can drop from many creatures during invasions, from really weak to stronger ones. Stronger creatures tend to have better loot than weak ones, so does this apply to Silver Raid Tokens? Is the chance of dropping an SRT from a strong creature like Serpent Spawn is higher than dropping from a weak one like Witch? Or is the chance the same for every creatures?

Well, Cipsoft doesn't show any drop statistics, so all we have to use as reference are statistics made by players. Accordig to Tibia.Fandom.com the drop rate of Silver Raid Tokens might vary according to the creature your are killing. Take a look

These stats look really poor, I'm sure that there is not enough info to create a correct and good answer based on it.

Indeed it's hard to answer this question with some proofs or sources, since all we can find about it are quite poor statistics made by players. But from my own experiece of killing different raids or bosses: there is much bigger chance to drop Silver Raid from a boss, than from a regular creature during raid.

I have heard a lot of rumors, that it its easier to loot token from a stronger monster, than, for example, from a rat during invasion on Thais, and indeed it seems to be hard during this particular raid. BUT! During killing other anounced raids with a regular creatures I didn't noticed visible difference in probability of looting Silver Raid Token .

Anyway, as long as Cipsoft won't publish any official information about it we can not be sure.
