Does a traded character get deleted from a house's invitation lists?

I was wondering what happens if you trade a character that's invited to a friends' house and this person doesn't know you sold it on the bazaar, can that lead to the new owner being able to enter in that house? Or does this list get automatically edited or something?

Yes, a traded character gets deleted off the house invitation list, it will be automatically done so there's no need to edit house lists.
