Today I got this error message "21:31 Could not load an image file. Please log out at a safe spot and restart Tibia. The files will be checked and corrected at the next start automatically.".

I've never seen it before but there was a guy running past me and he had a big pink square around him, flashing with every step he took. What makes this occur and how can I prevent it?

Also, has someone gotten this error message as well, or is it something wrong on my computer that I have to change?

Did you have your client running for a long time? The same issue happened to me a month ago. I reported it along with a ticket but all I got back was "Alright, thank you for the information, I will forward this to our developers. Please be patient"

I had the same situation many times + unfortunately many crashes caused by auto ss tool. Died because of it 4 times. This issue with graphics, especially in case of players with WIN10 is really frustrating.

@Zozelos-I had my client running for like 10 hours and then I noticed Tibia was using an excessive amount of RAM. I believe there's a memory leak. My biggest suggestion to you is to make Cipsoft aware by also creating a ticket because they clearly didn't fix it if your also having the same issue.

Yeah, I played all day and got this at the end of my "session". No crash tho but considering what Pochwalona says I might have gotten one! :O
I got Windows 10 and I will make a ticket @ Cip about this issue!

I received the message, "Could not load an image file. Please log out at a safe spot and restart Tibia. The files will be checked and corrected at the next start automatically." I saw someone run past me with pink around them also but didn't manage to catch them again after they ran past. This error I believe has nothing to do with the auto screenshot tool and always happens when you have your client running for a long time. it prompts you to restart your client and if you don't what happens to me now is I crash. So you need to be careful! This has happened to me a couple of times already. I messaged Cipsoft again about it a couple of times but now they tell me-

You could try to delete your "assets" folder which is located in your:"\Tibia 11\packages\Tibia" folder and restart the game in order to download everything back again. Otherwise as already mentioned, restarting the game should solve this as well.

If you're experiencing this issue please report to cipsoft via a technical support ticket.

I also got it yesterday. I had the client running while I wasn't home and logged on. 1 hour after being online I got the msg.. I reported it and got a similar answer from cip
