Do the spiders have any cooldown while doing "Harvesting" task in Oramond Quest?

During "Harvesting" mission we need to use Milking Fork on a small spiders which we can find in few different places on a 0 level of Glooth Factory. But do these spiders have any cooldown? Or maybe I don't need to wait and I can use my fork all the time until I gather necessary amount of Steel Spider Silk?

I completed this task several times as I needed a fair amount of Steel Spider Silk for decoration. Unfortunately, these spiders have a cooldown of 1 minute. You will find spiders in each level of the Glooth Factory and you can quickly harvest the right amount. Let me add that we can collect Steel Spider Silk for spare.
