What quests and rewards are in Folda?

I would like to explore the island of Folda with Quest, could someone tell me what I can do and what are the rewards.

Dark Helmet Quest -  

Reward: Dark Helmet, 4 Throwing Knives, Blank Rune, 33 gp, Key 4501, Key 4502 and Key 4503.

 Key 4501 -This key is used to enter and exit the Alawar's Vault storage room.

 Key  4502 -This key is used to enter and exit Alawar's Vault.

 Key 4503 -This key gives access to the restricted minotaur under the Ice Islands.
