How does the Monster Rampage work in test servers?

Today Cipsoft has announced the Monster Rampage on the Isle of Merriment to 16th November at winter updte test server.

I've never partipated at this event, so I'd like to know how it works, how to go to this place, should I do something to be able to participate?

During this event CIP Employees will summon many strong bosses and creatures. They can be found at an arena in the center of the Isle of Merriement.

To get to this island there will be a teleport at the Thais Crossroads that will be activated a few minutes before the event starts.

At the time there is a portal near thais temple, and then the devs will simply summon a bunch of strong monsters. like multiples of bosses. many many ferumbras, orshabaals, gaz, etc. just for mayhem and fun and its test server so can just run back over and over
