It seem it is new boss added in the update 12.60, and I suspect he might be dropping Jungle Set items, where I can find him?

This boss is accessible in the wreckoning. It will require 1500 points with Eustacio and then 1200 points with Tik'Tak to access the wreckoning and defeating Tentugly. After that you can get to the wreckoning and face this boss through the teleporter located in this area.
