What is the best route to kill tortoises?

I need to kill tortoises and i know for a fact that the best place is Laguna island but with the holes and the cave is a real maze. I wonder what would be the best route to kill tortoises so they can have enough time to spawn and kill the most tortoises per hour.

You can run all caves -1 -2 -3 and ground floor using great fireball rune. I hope its helps.
