When was South America Transfer & Express South America Transfer available as a product?

I have been looking at store items to buy on Tibia Wiki and I found " South America Transfer" and "Express South America Transfer". I understand that those are crossed out, however I was wondering if this was ever available as a product or it was only a speculation?

The South America World Transfer (375 TC) and Express South America World transfer (750) was implemented from December 12, 2017 to January 17, 2018 (10:00 CET). These Store products were special offers and were 50% off the original world transfer prices. This was due to the launch of the following South American game worlds on December 12th server save which were open for world transfers right from the start:

• Kalibra (Optional PvP)
• Inabra (Open PvP)
• Quelibra (Open PvP)
• Gentebra (Optional PvP)
• Lutabra (Retro Open PvP)
