Can you imbue mana leech and magic level on a Soulhexer rod?

On the soulhexer rod (magic level +5, life leech chance + 100%, life leech amount + 5%, mana leech chance + 100%, mana leech amount + 3%) can it be imbued with mana leech and magic level additional?

Yes, you can.

I use it with Mana leech / Critical Hit, but I am 100% sure that you can use it with ML 4+.
