For example, in English chat today someone mentioned that someone is botting and we should go ahead and report the player. But is it necessary that we all report the same player or is 1 report good enough? Let's say if multiple players report him, does it speed up the report process somehow or make it helpful to Cipsoft?

not gonna add an answer just say my opinion, in the past was known that mass report would make someone get ban or at least block for few days its not possible anymore, cipsoft says with one report is good enough, but OBVIOUS botters such as the ones that skill 24/7 are never ban not even by mass reporting them so my opinion is that unless is bad language of something said in chat that proves sharing account, report doesnt work

As a Tutor since the programs inception in the early 2000's, I would like to think that the more people reporting, the more likely Cipsoft's Customer Service department will respond.

However, over the years, automation has become a big part of the back-end of the game. Reporting for specific rule violations could have an automated feature at this point to where if the same person is reported by X amount of different people, it could jump to the top of the list for review?

This is what I'd like to think too but I'd like a little bit more confirmation on my question. I don't like to assume anything but it can go both ways here! Either it helps or it doesn't. I don't see how it can hurt, other than maybe Cipsoft having too much reports to go through? Idk I hope I can get an asnwer :)
