Is there an achievement for getting points with Tik'hi Tak'he (Raccoon shaman)?

There is an achievement for getting 5000 points with Eustacio, shouldn't there be one for the other NPC as well? Is it just that no one got enough points to get it yet?

a friend collected 25k points and havent got an achievement yet, he does have the racoon backpack and the diamond necklace im not saying there is not but if there is either he missed it or its a bunch load of points

There isn't. We know that for sure simply because the only achievement of the Winter Update when the Pirate's Tail Quest was implemented has already been discovered, and it's in fact Pied Piper.
