How to speak Chakoya language?

I am mildly interested on this subject. I wonder how we can understand and speak with the Chakoya? Where is written about it in the game? Or which NPC teaches me about that?

The only NPC to speak the Chakoya language is Sinatuki. These are the current words that are known or there best guess:
