Is there a library in Rookgaard ? If yes, where is it located?

I am aware that there are many libraries in Tibia, my real interest would be in Rookgaard, as I have not been to this island in many years and have not had the opportunity to explore. If there is a Rookgaard Library, where it is located and if possible what are the names of the books found there?

The city of Rookgaard knows one main library, which is located in the Rookgaard Academy, on ground floor. In addition, some books can be found scattered around the island.

Rookgaard's library has got 21 bookcases. Empty bookcases: Fifth, Sixth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Twentieth, Twenty-First.
