On the same account can I have two characters in different guilds with one as a vice leader?

Is it possible for one account to have the following on the same world?

One character is vice-leader of guild A

Another character is a normal member of guild B

Yes, some people like to do it to create a second guild so they are able to purchase a second guild hall.

Not on the same account. But if you have two different people as guild leaders you can buy a guild hall in a second city and just invite anyone you want to it. Or some people even make a guild on secondary characters to use guild halls as a house.
