Does prey impact summons of chosen monster?

As example, if a player will have a defensive prey against "Black Sphinx Acolyte", will he/she receive less damage from it's summons, Skeleton Elite Warrior's, or defensive prey for Skeletons if needed to achieve that?

No, you need to have def prey for Skeleton Elite Warrior in this case to receive reduced damage. Prey affects always only the selected monster and it does not matter if it is an 'original one' or summon.
