Does dying reset any cool-down?

Question

I was wondering if in the situation when I die, are cool-downs re-set to default? As an example. special food cool-down or anything else?

Just tried to check it on my noobchar but cave rat was too slow xD I've done a little research on youtube and spell cooldowns remains after death. As far I know, items cooldown behaves same way, especially as it is assigned to item.
