Where I can find Gnomaurum?

So, it seems the Gilded Eldritch items are “ Refined by the legendary goldsmith Gnomaurum.“ .  I was wondering where I can find Gnomaurum, or does anyone mention him to see if I can upgrade my Eldritch items?

You can't. The NPC does not exist. The Gilded Eldritch weapons are dropped by The Brainstealer just like the regular weapons are. Gnomaurum and the refining process are just lore.
