Can I access Forgotten Knowledge bosses without portal access?

I would like to know if I can can access the bosses without portal access and if so, where could I access each boss lever

Well you can’t acess all bosses without the portal access but you can try talk to npc in outlaw camp to see if it let you enter the lever spot and the dragon npc in ice caves and the statue npc in zao because that are the only places you can reach without using the portal, so I think you can try doing the green portal boss, the red portal boss and ice portal boss.

I know that the npc in outlaw camp let you get the items from quest even if you don’t have access to green portal but never tried to pull the lever
