Now that I'm looking at this room again, I think it's just an easter egg referencing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Four tortoises, a rat (their master, Splinter) and weapons. Apparently, TibiaWiki agrees with me: https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Allusions#Teenage_Mutant_Ninja_Turtles
