Can you get multiples Galthen's satchel without killing Yselda?

In "Adventures of Galthen Quest", you can get one Galthen's satchel every 30 days. This satchel can be obtained the first time before you kill Yselda. If I don't kill Yselda and wait 30 days, can I get a second satchel? Or must I kill the boss? Has anyone tried this?

Yes, you can pick up a Galthen's satchel every 30 days without having to kill yselda, I can 100% confirm that because I have several satchels and first time I killed yselde last week.
