To access Green pearl fan reef (this hunting ground) u must have access to Marapur ("of feather and flowers" mission from Within tides quest), once there you must travel to Stardance Mountains as shown in the image:


The Black Circle Is the entrance to Foam Stalkers, while to reach that side of the island you must walk through the lily pads marked with the blue square and shown below:
