How to get items necessary to complete Spike tasks again?

I took some Spike tasks items and unfortunately lost them. Is it possible to get them once again?

If the answer is "yes", what should I write to NPC?

Yes, you can buy them at the Spike -6. There's Gnomux NPC ask him for a Trade and he will offer you the quest items.
It's not required to have active task in order to buy items nor having any fame with the spike.
