Can I stack my Tainted Souls counter?

As you need 100 Tainted Souls to access the Ekatrix combat room, ¿is it possible to stack them?, I mean, use the Sacred Antler Talisman 6,000 times and then just go to kill the boss?

No, even though you can collect over 100 points, they will all be consumed upon entering the boss room... be it 100 or 6000.

No. However, what you can do is, redeem 100 souls, kill Ekatrix, then redeem 100 again before your "cooldown" is over.
