Do i have to move if the gold token vortex comes out in the same place?

in the zao access of the gold token miniboss one must stand in the portals for the creatures to become deadly, but many times the vortex appears in the same place it appeared last time. Should I move or can I just stand there?

No, you dont need to move.

Its rare but it happens

you only need to keep atacking.
