how the reward system works when you put a character on the bazaar?

I wonder what happens to your daily rewards when you put a character in the bazaar. are they frozen and when the person buys the character they have a continuation of your days or do they reset?

The reward streak is frozen until the purchasing character next picks up the daily reward. It appears with a lock icon over the number and once the character picks up the reward, it continues as you left it.
