In Liquid Black Quest, Coral Mine Mission, is there a way to confirm you have attempted to repair the ramp 10 times?

I don't see a counter in the quest log. I'm wondering if you can confirm you have access to the boss in the next stage.

Unfortunately there never was a real confirm that you will have access so you can’t check it. 

i can recommend you to count every *clonk* you see in server log when you make crates, it was always for me confirmation I’ve done it corectly.
