Where exactly Barbaria spawn?

Different sources show different spots where Barbaria spawn. Have anyone found her and can show where exactly can she spawn?

Barbaria spawns around here:

Although the TibiaMaps mark being more in the center, all times I found Barbaria were where I've marked in the image above, or inside the house just left from the mark.
