What are the effects the phases of the moon have in Oskayaat?

As the curse of the Full Moon continues to spread, it goes further south towards Ankrahmun and Tiquanda. Once again, help is needed in order to fight the were-sickness. In the summer update of 2023, a continuation of the Grimvale Quest now takes us to a Paradise Lost, Oskayaat. 

Liamas mentioned in this post that we do not need to wait until a full moon to go hunting but the phases of the moon might have effects on the enviroment, level of difficulty, etc. in Oskayaat.
 

So I wanted to ask, What are the effects the phases of the moon have in Oskayaat? 

As follow up... Are there are certain activities or side quests that can only be acomplished during full moon in Oskayaat?

The Moon increase the mob density at oskayaat considerably (they drop moon pin as an addition during the event), it also growths an special fauna (Moonlight Ipomea's stamen), allow the mobs to curse us and bring 2 bosses Tamru (who isn't available as an npc until the moon phase ends) and ayana who was the main character of the teaser story.

The Moonlight Ipomea's Stamen is useful with or without Moon to obtain rewards, but is only obtainable once during Moon phase, There's not any other widely known effect of the moon in Oskayaat so far.
