I want to do get Addon 2 of the outfit of Draccoon Herald but I can't find any information where I can obtain Herald's Insignia . Do I need to complete another quest to get them or can I loot them from any boss?
Herald's Insignia is a loot from the Dragon Hoard, the dragon boss you can fight once you finish the 20 Year a Cook Quest.
