Bongo Drum  was added with patch 8.40 to game, but I never see this in someone house. It is possible to obtain this item?

You can obtain it in bulltaurs Lairs, 

its daily respawn in this spot

U can see in this screenshoots that i have one in backpack 


Description is like:

You see a bongo drum.

It weighs 29.00 oz.
