What are some places where Grynch Clan Goblin can spawn but cannot be killed/looted?

I know the goblin raids are at random intervals. But I'd like to know what some places in which they will appear and will linger until the serversave.

for example they can spawn in some "closed" rooms in edron city, also closed room in thais next to NPC Sam, there is many unaccessable places in each city, so yeah, they can spawn there

Meanwhile I found they spawn in the Ankrahmun arena - to the right of the bank/supplies npcs, in the ground level.
