How to know the exact percentage i need to advanced my skill in the official website not in game?

I know because of loyalty my skill ingame and in the highscores are not the same but is there a way to know my "real skill"?

In my case, I have a 50% loyalty bonus, and I always need to get 25% of the next ml for my ml to be updated in highscores.
