Is there any way to stop getting messages from Ratha?

I started the 20 years a Cook Quest and now every once in a while a get a random message from "Ratha" and it appears in white in middle of my screen, like if there was a raid or server message... is there any way I can stop recieving this messages?

Yes, you can stop receiving these messages. Just use the potion rack once again to extract Ratha from your mind.

Yes you need to go back to Draccon's room right were you started the quest, and click on the rack again.
