Who has designed the last Winter Update? From the maps to the NPC's, the items, creatures, etc?

As far as I remember when test server forum was active somebody asked who designed new questlines, and there were answer that Lionet and Knightmare were working on that. About items, creatures and rest I don't have any idea.
