Can I repeat monster in soulpit if I killed it already?

I'm wondering if I killed monster in soulpit already can I repeat it? To help friends with harder one etc.

Yes, you can. According to CM Mirade:

You can enter again to help others but your character will not gain any further benefit for that creature.
