If the HOD mini bosses are boosted, are the charges boosted as well?

If we received 3x kills for boosted bosses, does that mean we receive 3x charges if the HOD mini bosses are boosted?

No, you don’t receive more charges it only counts 3 kills on bosstiary and the boss has increased loot, nothing else changes…
