I wanted to know if there’s a way to fix this 'bug'. For example, if I click on the map and then click on the action bar for any sword, the character equips and unequips without any problem. However, when dragging the item from the backpack to the inventory, the event doesn’t happen while moving.

Yes, however....

Characters can not create any action, e.g. spells, healing, potions, or moving equipment in between steps. This is why para push is so effective during pvp situations as you are increasing the time the opponent is between steps.

If you can time your equip/drag to be when the character is not between steps you will be able to perform the action.

I understand, but it's a bit unfair because when clicking on the action bar, both with spells and items while walking, it equips and unequips without exhibiting the same behavior as dragging with the mouse (only working during the step interval). In the test, I used haste and clicked on a distant location; it became evident that clicking on something like a sword in the action bar is more accurate than dragging.

It could be something simple such as the action bar choosing the next available time to equip/unequip an item vs manually attempting to remove it.

Personally this annoys me too while trying to clean/organize my backpack while map clicking to a location
