Best farming spots for Powerful Earth Protection Imbuement?

I’m currently gathering materials for the Powerful Earth Protection Imbuement and would appreciate recommendations on where to farm each of the three required items. I’m specifically looking for the most efficient places or creatures to hunt for each component individually.

Venore Damselfly caves for piece of swap wood from Swamplings

I'd go Banuta, Medusa Tower or Goroma Medusa caves for serpent spawns.

Brimstone fangs, my personal preference would be Krailos bug caves, although it's a mix of Brimstone Bugs, Lancer Beetles and Wailing Widows.
