How to maximize exp/h at ph flimsies as a solo level 690 MS?

my current tree : S0Y2DQZQCCFAZvIOltZAQnwQIQIP__PxwBAA

my set :

  • sanguine coil
  • gnome helmet
  • arcanomancer folio
  • sanguine boots
  • dawnfire pantaloons
  • bone fiddle
  • prismatic ring
  • garlic/necklace of the deep

my rotation is basically: gfb -> great fire wave-> gfb -> great firewave etc etc.

i was wondering how could i get more exp assuming i have the perfect route and don't miss any turns.

Do you guys have any suggestions about my gear (apart from the ring/neck slots, they're too important defensively)? about my tree? rotation? would love to know :)
