How do I open the Raubritter Fortress Beer Cache?

Using the chain on the wall creates some interesting dialogue inside Raubritter Fortress. Is it possible to open this cache? If so, how and what does it contain?

How do you know it requires 2 people? The gate was designed to be opened by 2 people (even though 1 fast person can do it), but this beer cache has nothing to do with that.
