Do the items in the weekly delivery task change between difficulty selected?

I have got items to be delivered in the weekly delivery task can be either really hard like Rotten or WZ 7,8,9 creature productsin Begginer or Adept level as well as items easy to get like Plate Legs in Expert and Master level.

Do the items "rarity" or "easiness" to get change between the difficulty selected in the weekly delivery task? Or is it completely random

Hi!

No, the items of the delivery tasks do not change according to the difficulty you chose, only the kill tasks change. All players get random items to the task. A level 8 can get hard items to delivery too.
