How to obtain the achievement Pest Control?

This achievement looks to be related to bounty tasks or the upgrade of the bounty talisman

You need to finish 10.000 Bounty Tasks in order to obtain the achievement Pest Control.

It was confirmed by CipSoft on e-mail:
"Regarding Pest Control, you seem to have completed 23 Bounty tasks."

On Achievement mega forum, it was also said that Cipsoft confirmed the amount required also by e-mail saying it needs 10.000 Bounty Tasks:

I agree, 10.000 is a lot, but the points needed to fully maximize a single buff is a lot more depending on difficulty and bounty points, so 10k tasks is nothing compared to the maximum. Also, bounty tasks are endless, you can do how many tasks you want per day, the Beginner ones may take even less than 20 minutes each.
