Do delivery tasks have experience caps, and how is the EXP calculated?

Do weekly delivery tasks have any experience caps similar to weekly hunting tasks (e.g. Beginner/Adept/Expert limits), or does the experience scale without restrictions? Also, is there any known formula or algorithm that determines how much experience you gain per delivery task-for example, is it based on a percentage of the character’s total experience or level?

No, there is no exp cap for delivery tasks. They work on a distint way of the hunting tasks, so even if you choose beginner, e.g., you still can get itens that only drop from top tier areas (e.g. gnomprona, rb, sw). The xp you'll get varies according to your level, I haven't seen an exact formulae yet, but here are some examples:

On level 509 you'll get around 1,015kk xp per delivery task
On level 809 you'll get around 1,600kk xp per delivery task
On level 1282 you'll get around 3,260kk xp per delivery task
