Key rings were very popular in 2006 to 2010, till they were removed from the game - well, not really removed but replaced by the jewelled backpacks with a broken key ring inside. Still, they don't exist in the game anymore, that's the point here. Why did that change happened? Did Cipsoft made a statement about it?

oh, sorry. I asked because I wanted to find the reason why that happened and I couldn't find an actual answer. I guess there is no explanation at all to it then

The key ring was the lightest container in the game. Although it couldn't be equipped in the backpack slot, many players used it to store loot, saving a lot of cap during hunts. I think CipSoft was bothered by the "misuse" of the item, and that's probably why they decided to remove it from the game.

Yeah, that could be the reason. It is a shame tho, I really liked them haha

I heard it was due to botting but not sure!
