Which wand is better to use with the "Master of Decay" stance: Soultainter or Sanguine Coil?

I have both wands, but my Soultainter is still at proficiency level 2, so I can't really test which one is better.

So, if anyone has had the opportunity to test them, is it worth raising my Soultainter's proficiency to level 7? Is it better than the Sanguine Coil when hunting with the "Master of Decay" stance?
