Is it worth using Thousand Fist Blows in a monk’s spell rotation?

With the addition of the Thousand Fist Blows spell, a question has arisen: is it worth to use this spell in a spell rotation? And if so, when can it be used?

I have seen that it really helps in spawns with a lot of creatures, like Azzalion Castle basement, so you can kite and hit more monsters than with FOB or GFOB.
Damage wise, can't say it's the more broken spell but it does hit a lot of creatures and you can use it at coursor position, so can really help with leech and damage to a lot of creatures.

Basiclly I would say it depends on the way you hunt (kitting or just entering a room and going straight to a wall and letting the mobs go to you).
