How do you obtain the new Enchanted Flamingo and Swan Amulets?

With the introduction of The Moonsnow Magnolia boss, a few new "Very Rare" amulets have been added to the game's drop table.

Specifically, I'm looking for information on how to obtain:

• Enchanted Flamingo Amulet of Destruction

• Enchanted Flamingo Amulet of Nature

• Enchanted Flamingo Amulet of Precision

• Enchanted Flamingo Amulet of Valor

• Enchanted Swan Amulet of Balance

While it's known that they are dropped by The Moonsnow Magnolia, I wanted to ask for more specific details regarding how players can actually acquire them.

1. Drop Mechanics: Are these items a direct, random drop from killing the boss, or are they obtained by using a specific item on the boss's remains/chest?

2. Quest Requirements: Do you need to have a certain stage of the Shards of a Broken Moon Quest completed to even have a chance at looting them?

3. Alternative Methods: Is the boss the only way to get them, or can they be upgraded/enchanted from base versions of the amulets via an NPC or a crafting mechanic?

Answer 1

1) Yes, they are random drops from killing the boss, just like dropping a Enchanted Turtle Amulet from Timira (for example).
2) No additional requirement is needed to loot them, it's not like the Graveborn quest which you need to fully complete to be able to drop runes. Instead, you need to kill The Moonsnow Magnolia two times for her to have a chance to drop them.
3) The only way of obtaining them is by dropping them from the boss, it's not a quest reward.
