What are the best subareas to search for Echo Raids?

With over 130 subareas in the game capable of spawning an Echo Raid, some are significantly smaller and easier to search than others. In these smaller subareas, players can locate the raid much more quickly, with a considerably lower chance or sometimes virtually no chance of overlooking it.

A few examples are:

Medusa Tower
Black Knight Villa
The Horned Fox Lair
Certain Dragon Lairs
Certain Troll and Goblin caves

However, the entire subarea must be considered, including the surface, upper floors, and underground levels. Some places may appear small on the surface but contain extensive or heavily branched cave systems underneath, making them inefficient to search. Folda, for example, has a small surface area but a large and extensive underground section.

Considering the total size of each Discovery subarea, the number of floors, and the number of branching paths, which subareas are the quickest and most reliable ones to search for Echo Raids?

If possible, please also suggest an efficient search route for each recommended subarea.

The wreckoning only got two floors, hunted there a couple of times over the last few days and havent really had any competition for the echo raids, they usually spawn on the first or second floor, visible from the normal hunt route

Warzones are pretty reliable to find some. I always see at least one when checking those.
